Australia’s Most Tattooed Woman Who Spent $218k On Ink Shares Stunning Before-And-After Photos

Amber Luke, also known as Australia’s most tattooed woman, shocked the internet by sharing a throwback photo showing a time when only a small part of her body was tattooed.

In the post, Amber, 28, shared a side-by-side comparison of two photos taken nine years apart. The first shows her in her early twenties with only a few tattoos on her forearm, hand, and neck. The second photo shows her now, with almost 99% of her body covered in tattoos.

Amber reflected on the judgment she faced when she got her neck tattooed as a young woman. She recalled being called a “degenerate” and told she would have no career because of the tattoo. “Every single person in my life told me it was the end for me,” she wrote. “F*CKING WRONG,” she added.

She also posted a photo of one of her tattoos, which reads, “I’ve been to Hell and back and let me tell you – it was beautiful.” Amber has spent around $350,000 AUD (about $218,000) on her transformation, which includes satanic symbols, a split tongue, and blue sclera tattoos, which caused her to go blind for three weeks.

Amber has 35 face tattoos, including tattoos on both of her eyes. She discussed the prejudice she faces from strangers, who often express their disapproval of her appearance. “It’s distressing to know that people have such strong opinions and can voice them without any repercussions,” she said.

When Amber goes out, she sometimes does a “smile test,” observing how people react to her. “It’s an incredibly uneasy feeling when strangers show such hostility,” she said. Despite this, Amber encourages others to embrace what makes them happy. “I encourage you to not be a sheep and do what makes you glow,” she added, stating she plans to get more tattoos.

Recently, a woman named Kerrie Ashby was denied entry to a restaurant due to her face tattoos, an experience she found humiliating and unjustified.
