Three Men Meet St. Peter at Heaven’s Gate
On Christmas Eve, three men die and find themselves standing at the gates of heaven. St. Peter greets them and says, “Before you can enter, you must show me something that represents Christmas.”

The first man, an Englishman, pulls out a lighter and flicks it on. “It’s a candle,” he says proudly. St. Peter nods and allows him to pass through the gates.
The Welshman’s Christmas Symbol
Next, a Welsh man steps forward, jingling a set of keys in his hand. “They’re sleigh bells,” he explains. St. Peter smiles and gives him the go-ahead to enter heaven.
The Irishman’s Christmas Symbol
Finally, an Irish man approaches and pulls out a G-string and a bra from his pocket. St. Peter, puzzled, asks, “How do these represent Christmas?”
The Irishman’s Quick Response
The Irish man grins and says, “They’re Carols.”
St. Peter laughs, shakes his head, and lets him through as well.
